Lectures 

1. Understand the interface of Photoshop and some basic functions, such as selection and layers.

2.Lasso Tool
The Lasso Tool allow you to draw and pinpoint specific areas of a document.
And there are three different tool options: Lasso ,Polygonal Lasso  and Magnetic Lasso.

3.Pen Tool
There are four methods to use the pen tool: straight line paths, U-shaped curves, simple S curves, and complex S curves.
We watched some videos to learn how to use the pen tool and also understood its applications.

4.Magic wand tool
The pen tool is also used to introduce the magic wand tool, which can be clicked to automatically select areas of an object. Better selection results can be achieved by adjusting the tolerance.

5.Layering
Layers are different images stacked on top of each other. You can use each layer without affecting another one to make adjustments. 
The advantage of using layers is that you can save a Photoshop file that contains all the layers. This means that you can perform non-destructive editing with layers. Your adjustments in Photoshop will never damage the original image.
